Manual orders can be created and sent from back office to have more stock delivered.
Ordering via online webshop
Order files can be created and sent to the warehouse in a number of ways this can be via telephone , Email , or online web portal. We are able to automatically generate order from the store and sent in the relevant format required for the delivery to be made. Alerts can also be added when attempting to process orders that are passed the cut-off deadlines to allow the store owner to understand when delivery will be made.

New orders can be made using the handheld terminal the information is then uploaded and sent via back office to place order.
Order stock for local suppliers
Stores receive can receive typically 2 or 3 days per week and balanced across ambient and
chilled deliveries. Stores also receive stock from local suppliers where they have placed local orders.
Local suppliers delivery time can varied.
Suggested ordering function
The Suggested ordering function allows the system to calculate what stock needs to be delivered based on previous weeks sales on the system. This tool gives you the required information to make sure the correct item are been ordered in the correct quantity and in time before stock runs out. This allows each store to maximise profits and minimise losses making a marked difference to the bottom end.
