The ability to read standard linear bar codes (e.g. EAN & UPC)
The till software is designed to be flexible around your checkout area and can scan any linear barcode that can be found on nearly every product using a handheld scanner or fixed stationary scanner. We also have an option to have a weighed scanned installed as part of the till to process weighted item such as fruit and veg.
The ability to read 2D barcodes (e.g. QR codes)
You can scan 2D Codes in the form of a QR code which can be used for a multitude of different processes
- Running promotions in store or online via social media
- Discount vouchers for next visit
- Fuel Discounts if you have spent over the desired amount
- You can also scan direct from phone screens
The ability to scan employee discount cards
Employees discount card can be printed with a linear barcode or Qr Code on a plastic card this can be scanned direct onto the till each time the employee discount should be applied.
- You can also have a Discount bar code for each employee on their phone and scan it direct from their screen
The ability to scan service driven bar codes e.g. bill payments
If you are using PayPoint in your store gas ,electricity and TV licensing barcodes can be scanned direct from the customer bills this will tell you the amount to charge once collected will then be paid to the customers account the next working day the customer will receive a receipt for every payment made.
