The ability to record the reason code for each return

Each return that is processed via the tills can be recorded with a reason next to each return allowing you to see the most returned item and reason.


Return weighed items

The return of weighed items can be processed on the till screen to reduce the time it takes for the cashier and the customer.


The ability to recognise original transaction and if discount applied

As part of the return process the till checks to make sure if the item been returned was purchased at a reduced price to make sure the correct amount is refunded to the customer.


The ability to return a product to any store (within a retail group)

When operating a multiple sites the till will allow your customer to return items to any store within your retail group this make your store even more convenient for the customer.


Select single item products for return from original receipt

Returns of a single item is done extremely quickly and can be processing in a number of ways.


Scan the item then select the returns button the cashier only need to select the reason for return then a returns receipt is issued for the customer to complete and a refund can be givin.


The customer receipt can be scanned using the barcode from the bottom of the receipt the item that the customer wants to return can then be selected on screen then the returns button tapped following the same process above to complete the return.
