The ability to be able to void a single line/item during a sale
single line during a sale can be removed by selecting the item and then selecting the void button.
The ability to be able to void a promotion/discount during a sale
Promotions and Discount can be removed by selecting the line in the basket and using the void button. The till will recalculate the basket and give a real-time balance due the POS will always calculate the best offer available for the customer based on the items in the basket
The ability to void tenders
Tenders can be removed if customer changes their mind around which payment method they wish to use to complete the sale .
The ability to reverse transaction with 3rd parties if voided (e.g. Top Ups)
Cashier can void transaction to 3rd parties such as PayPoint after the request has been processed.
The ability to configure products that cannot be voided
Product and service can be configured to stop the void button been used against them.
